Today morning after breakfast, enjoy the view of falls coming over you and experience the thrill with the breathtaking ‘Horn blower Niagara Cruise’. View the thundering Horse shoe falls along with the American, and the Bridal Veil falls. (Due to weather conditions, this ride operates from the last week of May. TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Canada Visa:

Rs. 15,000 per person approx for Single entry Canada (The current Visa charges will be applicable as per Canadian Consulate)
Issuance of Visa is completely on the Consulate only.

Important Notes:

Lunches served on tour will be picnic lunches. It comprises of 2 or 3 items such as Biryani / Pulav and Curd, Pav Bhaji, Puri Bhaji, Puri Chole etc.
Service of a chef will be provided for the group of 25 or more passengers. If less than 25 passengers the meals will be served at Indian Restaurant.
All passengers have to 1 carry 1 Kitchen bag per person which will be handed over to the passenger outside the India airport. Once they land in Toronto it will be handed over to the tour leader.

Direct Joining Policy:

Passengers need to reach to the hotel of first destination on their own.
Passenger’s tour will end at the hotel in the last city.
The JD cost does not include the cost of Canada single entry visa.

Covid Rules:

It is mandatory to follow the Vaccination pre-requirement of each country being visited before &during the tour.

Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them.

Price is valid for minimum 30 Passengers traveling together. Flamingo reserves right to cancel a change date of departure in case of inadequate members in the Group.

All services of the tour including changes in Schedule of mode of travel may have an impact on tour Itineraries and the company reserves a right to change / modify / vary/ alter in the tour Itinerary and/or tour tariff accordingly.
Portages and Coach Captain Tips are extra.
Passengers need to pay baggage handling fees of USD 10-25 per person per day for internal sectors, levied by airlines at airport by themselves.
It is advisable to book 45 days prior to the date of departure as the internal ticket rate might increase closer to the departure date, resulting in an increase in the tour cost.
Please note that Tips are compulsory and is CAD 5 per person per day. The same must be paid on arrival to the Tour Manager.
