Initial deposit – Full INR Portion per person to confirm you're booking with us.
Second Installment- Rs. 30,000/- per person between 15 to 20 days of booking date. 100% payment is to be made at least 20 days before departure.
Total Payment in INR as per the prevailing exchange rate on the date on Final payment
35 Days or more prior to Departure Full INR Portion
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 35% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 7 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, TCS @ 20% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 10% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 10% TCS will apply.

Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them.

Room allocation Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in. 90% of rooms are Twin rooms & there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.

Baggage allowance is 20 Kg for Check in Luggage in Low Cost Airlines (Malindo/Air Asia). Hand Bag allowance is 7Kg.
You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
IT IS COMPULSORY TO CARRY THB 10000 PER PASSENGER, FOR ALL PASSENGERS, as this is the entry requirement for THAILAND.
Photographs are compulsory for on arrival visas. Please keep one passport Copy Xerox and one Ticket copy Xerox ready to be submitted for on arrival visas.
It is always advisable to keep 2 Photographs with you during the journey. Please keep one Xerox copy of your passport with your relative, in India and one Xerox copy of passport with you during the travel.
It is important and advisable to have International Travel Insurance for the entire period of your stay in foreign country.
For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police for which Flamingo will not be responsible. Passengers are requested to submit Xerox copy of Passport along with page showing arrival stamp in India.
Flight price are subject to change basis on the date of travel and booking. Also, multiple flight options can be worked out for departure dates.
For cruise, the tour package includes normal cabin accomodation, however passengers can request upgrade the accomodation to balcony cabin subject to availaibility with added cost.
