• Above all the rates are tentative and if there is any surcharge in your travelling dates then this rates may change (Peak season surcharges may applicable)  
• Payment to be made as per the current rate of exchange on the day of final payment and we charge 0.25p more than exchange rates online 
• Services Taxes of 5% is Applicable on above Total Tour Cost per Passenger.

• If you choose self Drive pkg option you must have valid credit card under your name with limit of 1 Lac Limit.
• If you choose self Drive Pkg Option you must have Valid Driving License in English 

• Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings. Please reach at pickup point at least 10mins before your given pickup time. And make yourself visible to Driver/Coach Captain. Coach drivers cannot wait if you are late. If you are late, you will need to make your own arrangements at own cost.
• International Hotel Chkin time 1400 hrs Chkout Time 1000hrs
• There is No Refund for un utilized Service 
• You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
• Room allocation -Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in.90% of rooms are Twin rooms and there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.
• Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake Facing Rooms.
• Breakfast will start from Day2 of the itinerary.
• Tap water is suitable for drinking. 
• Meals Doesn’t Include any Beverages Hard/Soft drinks, Fruit Juices
• Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
• It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, and airline office.
• We recommend taking Overseas Medical insurance.

• Baggage Allowance 20 Kg per person for Check in Baggage.5 Kgs for Cabin Baggage. 
• For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police. Passengers are  requested to submit  Xerox.

Car rental policies:

• Drivers under the age of 23 years are permitted, provided they have been in possession of a valid unendorsed driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years. 
• A Young Driver Daily Surcharge will apply. South African residents must be a minimum of 23 years of age. 
• Please note that the vehicle type may change to a similar model depending on availability.

Documents required for car rental:

1. Valid Car Rental Voucher 

2. Valid Credit Card: Please note that a rental deposit in the form of a credit card authorisation will be taken at the time of rental to cover any additional charges incurred during the rental. The renter needs to produce a recognized bank credit card. No Debit Cards, including Maestro and Electron are accepted. 

Minimum Credit card limit on the card needs to be INR 1,00,000.

4. Valid unendorsed driver’s licence (in English): Foreign Driving licences are acceptable provided the language used (printed thereon) is English and there is a photograph present. Should a licence be in any other language, other than English, we require an International Driving Licence to be produced at commencement of the rental or an official translation by a consulate / embassy.)
