• RATES ARE DYNAMIC AND SUBJECT AVAILABILITY. IT WILL FLUCTUATE AS PER HOTEL INVENTORY, FESTIVAL PERIOD, PEAK DATES, CITY SOLD OUT DATES,ETC…..
• Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels. It’s Subject To availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by Passenger.
• Check-in time at Hotel is 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.
• Your tours and transfers are based on tour itinerary & not at disposal basis.
• Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings.
• Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Valley Facing / higher category rooms.
• Breakfast will start from Day 2 of the itinerary.
• Services will be given in exchange of Original vouchers/Itinerary only.
• Portages and Driver Tips are extra
• Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
• There is No Refund for un utilized Service
• All cost are per person based on twin sharing
• Car cost is counted as per children & adults sharing a car
• On hilly areas the CAR AC will not work.
• During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
• Extra bed in the room means only extra mattress.( Folding beds)
• Any govt. tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
• Pre ponement / Post ponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
• If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect. If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.

Quarantine measures for travellers arriving to Sri Lanka from overseas during the pandemic of COVID - 19

For Sri Lankans, Dual Citizens and Foreign nationals

1) Fully vaccinated travellers belonging to above 3 categories are authorized to land in Sri Lanka after 14 days of the final vaccine,

• Obtain approvals from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka.Email: jayanathskc@mfa.gov.lk, kanchana.bandara@mfa.gov.lk
• All foreign nationals must have a valid visa or must obtain an Entry Visa/ Landing Endorsement from the head office of the Department of Immigration and Emigration
• Negative PCR test report obtained within 96 hours prior to departure
• Upon arrival transfer to a hotel by government authorities and PCR will be performed, if PCR test is negative passenger is allowed to leave the hotel where list of guidelines will be provided at the time of leaving the hotel
• After 7 days another PCR test obtained, with a negative test result no further procedures to be followed
• Children accompanied by adults will requirethe same PCR test

2) Passengers who have not completed the Covid 19 Vaccination or arriving to Sri Lanka in less than 2 weeks of vaccination

• All foreign nationals must have a valid visa or must obtain an Entry Visa/ Landing Endorsement from the head office of the Department of Immigration and Emigration

• Upon arrival transfer to hotel will be done on Day 1 & Day 7
• by government authorities and PCR test
• If both tests are negative, release from the hotel after 7 days
• Balance quarantine 7 Days can be done at home under the supervision of MOH (Medical Officer of Health)
• Children accompanied by adults will requirethe same PCR test

3) Passengers undergoing Centre-based Quarantine with shared facilities

• Obtain approvals from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka.Email: jayanathskc@mfa.gov.lk, kanchana.bandara@mfa.gov.lk
• All foreign nationals must have a valid visa or must obtain an Entry Visa/ Landing Endorsement from the head office of the Department of Immigration and Emigration
• Negative PCR test report obtained within 96 hours prior to departure
• Upon arrival transfer to respective Govt. quarantine centers and PCR test will be done on Day 1 & Day 10.
• If both tests are negative, release from the hotel after 10 days
• Balance quarantine 4 Days can be done at home under the supervision of MOH (Medical Officer of Health)
• Children accompanied by adults will requirethe same PCR test

General Instructions

• Advance hotel accommodation confirmation is not required for foreign nationals who obtain approvals from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Tourists arriving to Sri Lanka please refer the Sri Lanka tourism website http://www.srilanka.travel/helloagain/ for guidelines imposed for tourists by government of Sir Lanka and must obtain Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) approval via https://eta.gov.lk/slvisa/.
• Effective from 18th March 2021, supersedes all previously issued directives.
• For your rest of the stay in Sri Lanka relevant health guidelines and the protocol will be provided when leaving the hotel or quarantine facilityr espectively.
• Airlines require all above requirements to board the passengers

Covid Guidelines : 

• Protocols to Arrive in Srilanka ( even if program booked for 04 Nights / 05 Days )
• Highlights :  Srilanka Airport reopen for travelers from : 21st January 2021
• No Quarantine for any tourist with negative reports
• First 14 days tourist have to be very careful and MUST not mix with locals.
• Dual Citizens, couples/ spouses of foreign nationals and paid commercial passengers with foreign passports are allowed under the tourism route with no quarantine, following an adherence to the guidelines and protocols in place.
• Mandatory to take Covid Insurance.
• Basic Guidelines for tourist to follow :
• Book a complete Srilanka tour package (  with Level - 1 # Safe & Secure' Certified 40 - 50 Hotels ) & follow the necessary guidelines
• During the first 14 days, all tourist visitors will be inside a bio-bubble tour principle and it is the responsibility of  accommodation providers to help your tourist/visitors not to break the bubble in any case.
• All  visas  must  be  applied  online  through  the  Immigration  ETA  portal. Before you  apply for your visa, you need to have a confirmed hotel booking, pre-purchased PCR tests and a mandatory COVID-19 Insurance Cover paid for through your ‘Safe and Secure Level 1’ hotel  when  making  your  booking.  The  hotel  will  issue a  reference  number  which  you need to include in your visa form under the section ‘contact details’. There you  will  be asked for ‘address in Sri Lanka’ under which you need to indicate your hotel name, address and the reference number issued.
• You will need to pay USD 12 PER PERSON for your insurance for a 1 month cover of USD 50,000 offered by People's Insurance  PLC and  it  is  a  mandatory  requirement when  applying  for  your  visa.
• The  completed Health  Declaration  Form(HDF)should  also be  submitted on  arrival at the airport Health Counters and these HDFs will be given prior to boarding from your native country, You must carry a copy of the from along with you.
• Currently no exceptions would be made for vaccinations if taken; all safety protocols should be adhered to regardless.
• One has to participate in PCR tests upon arrival at the respective hotel. there will no exceptions in this procedure
• Tourists can visit upto 14 approved tourist sites under the safety of a bio bubble. Visit srilanka.travel/helloagain for details. After 14 days they are free to mix with the locals / go to the local markets / shopping malls etc etc
• VISA Info & Important Note – As if the tourist is staying for 04 nights / 05 days it’s mandatary to do a PCR test upon arrival at USD 40 per person & which will be valid only till 96 hours therefore they will have to do one more PCR test if the stay is more than 05 days  which means a stay of 05 nights  ( This PCR cost would be differs to the arrival day PCR test as we need to add the transport charges also to the place where the clients are staying on that day ) & before the departure flight from Sri Lanka if their PCR test exceeds 96 hours. Also the client has to pay for the insurance as well. ( USD 12 per person per month while applying for the visas ), So all tourist must keep in mind for additional charges for second PCR test + transport after 96 hrs once you are arrived in Srilanka.
• The clients can make these first two payments while applying for the Visa’s if that option is available by the time they apply for visa’s, If that facility is not available, they can make these two payments directly to the airlines while issuing the air tickets. So initially they will have to pay for VISA cost + PCR test cost ( Depending on your no of nights / no of days ) + Insurance cost per person while applying for Visa’s )
