Day wise travel itinerary

  • Day 1 :Airport - Sigiriya

    Arrival Transfer - ( You need to do the first PCR test before Check In into the hotel ) & rest of the day relax at the hotel till you get the PCR results.

  • Day 2 :Sigiriya - Nuwara Eliya

    After your breakfast, Drive Sigiriya to Nuwara Eliya through  Visit Sigiriya Fortress- Sigiriya is located in the central Matale District of the Central Province, Sri Lanka in an area dominated by a massive column of rock nearly 200 meters high. Check I In into the hotel. Dinner & Overnight Stay at the Hotel.

  • Day 3 :Nuwara Eliya - Kandy

    After breakfast, Transfer from Nuwara Eliya to Kandy through Visit Temple of the Tooth Relic  & Laksala. Check In into the hotel. Dinner & Overnight Stay at the Hotel.

    Breakfast at hotel. Later on Visit Peradeniya Botanical Garden , En route visit Elephant Orphanage in Pinnawala, After then drop to the airport at 9 PM.

Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage is an orphanage, nursery and captive breeding ground for wild Asian elephants. Pinnawala has the largest herd of captive elephants in the world. The orphanage was founded to care and protect the many orphaned unweaned wild elephants found wandering in and near the forests of Sri Lanka.

Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic

Sri Dalada Maligawa or the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic is a Buddhist temple in the city of Kandy, Sri Lanka. Since ancient times, the relic has played an important role in local politics because it is believed that whoever holds the relic holds the governance of the country. Kandy was the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings and is a World Heritage Site mainly due to the temple. On Wednesdays there is a symbolic bathing of the relic with an herbal preparation made from scented water and fragrant flowers called Nanumura Mangallaya. This holy water is believed to contain healing powers and is distributed among those present.
