TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Price based on minimum pax count as mentioned above, travelling together at all time.
All Hotels Check In time is 1400 hrs & Check Out time is 1200hrs (Early Check In / Late Check Out is subject to availability & at the discretion of hotel).
Room availability of above quoted hotels are strictly subject to change & will check availability & confirm at the time of reporting as confirmed booking.

Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels. It’s Subject To availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by Passenger.
Check-in time at Hotel is 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.
Your tours and transfers are based on tour itinerary & not at disposal basis.
Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings.
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Valley Facing / higher category rooms.
Breakfast will start from Day 2 of the itinerary.
Services will be given in exchange of Original vouchers/Itinerary only.
Portages and Driver Tips are extra
Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
There is No Refund for un utilized Service
All cost are per person based on twin sharing
Car cost is counted as per children & adults sharing a car
On hilly areas the CAR AC will not work.
During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
Extra bed in the room means only extra mattress.( Folding beds)
Any govt. tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
Pre ponement / Post ponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect. If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.

Covid Guidelines:

Protocols to Arrive in Srilanka ( even if program booked for 04 Nights / 05 Days )

No Quarantine for any tourist with negative reports
First 14 days tourist have to be very careful and MUST not mix with locals.
Dual Citizens, couples/ spouses of foreign nationals and paid commercial passengers with foreign passports are allowed under the tourism route with no quarantine, following an adherence to the guidelines and protocols in place.
Mandatory to take Covid Insurance.
Basic Guidelines for tourist to follow :
Book a complete Srilanka tour package ( with Level - 1 # Safe & Secure' Certified 40 - 50 Hotels ) & follow the necessary guidelines
During the first 14 days, all tourist visitors will be inside a bio-bubble tour principle and it is the responsibility of accommodation providers to help your tourist/visitors not to break the bubble in any case.
All visas must be applied online through the Immigration ETA portal. Before you apply for your visa, you need to have a confirmed hotel booking, pre-purchased PCR tests and a mandatory COVID-19 Insurance Cover paid for through your ‘Safe and Secure Level 1’ hotel when making your booking. The hotel will issue a reference number which you need to include in your visa form under the section ‘contact details’. There you will be asked for ‘address in Sri Lanka’ under which you need to indicate your hotel name, address and the reference number issued.
You will need to pay USD 12 PER PERSON for your insurance for a 1 month cover of USD 50,000 offered by People's Insurance PLC and it is a mandatory requirement when applying for your visa.
The completed Health Declaration Form(HDF)should also be submitted on arrival at the airport Health Counters and these HDFs will be given prior to boarding from your native country, You must carry a copy of the from along with you.
Currently no exceptions would be made for vaccinations if taken; all safety protocols should be adhered to regardless.
One has to participate in PCR tests upon arrival at the respective hotel. there will no exceptions in this procedure
Tourists can visit upto 14 approved tourist sites under the safety of a bio bubble. Visit srilanka.travel/helloagain for details. After 14 days they are free to mix with the locals / go to the local markets / shopping malls etc etc
The clients can make these first two payments while applying for the Visa’s if that option is available by the time they apply for visa’s, If that facility is not available, they can make these two payments directly to the airlines while issuing the air tickets. So initially they will have to pay for VISA cost + PCR test cost ( Depending on your no of nights / no of days ) + Insurance cost per person while applying for Visa’s )

BROCHURE ACCURACY:

All information given in the Brochure / Itinerary / Sightseeing Tours are based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure / itinerary before or after booking your tour due to any event beyond our control. In case if we will know about any changes before your departure we will update or communicate with you otherwise our Tour Manager or Local Representative will inform you of the changes on the tour. We have provided information to the best of our knowledge and we will not be held responsible for any inaccuracy in brochure.

HOW TO BOOK:

The booking procedure is as below;
Kindly fill our Booking Form and Submit Dully Signed.
Passport Copies of First and Last Page of All Passengers (All Passport Must be valid minimum 6 months valid from the date of your return and it’s solely passengers responsibility to check before submission. Any booking which has been action on non-valid passport passengers are liable to pay any charges incurred due to the same.)
Deposit Amount: Rs.50000/- per person to secure your seat in the Tour and if booking is within 60 Days of Travel then deposit require as per the payment required on that particular date as per payment policy mentioned below.

PAYMENTS AND OPTIONS FOR PAYMENTS :

Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees only. Payments can be made by Cheque, Bank Transfers, Demand Drafts, Cash and Credit Cards.
Copy of PAN Card is required if Payment is made by cash and is more than Rs.50,000/- per person.
If you are paying by Credit Card 1.70% of the amount paid by the card will be charged additionally on and above the tour cost.
