Day 1 :Arrival - Mexico City
Transfer Airport – Hotel on Pvt
Day 2 :Mexico City tour
City Tour, National Palace and Museum of Anthropology (during the city tour, a brief explanation is given of what is Templo Mayor, but they do not enter the tour). Also during the City's panoramic way, you can observe the Torre Latinoamericana on Pvt
Day 3 :Mexico City
Visit to "El Moro" restaurant (does not include any consumption), Basilica and return to the hotel on Pvt.
Day 4 :Mex City - Playa del Carmen
Transfer from the hotel – MEX Airport on Pvt.

Day 5 :Playa del Carmen - Coco Bongo Bar
At night time you will be transfer to Coco Bongo Open Bar Regular to enjoy the party night.

No doubt, Coco Bongo is the best nightclub in Cancun and is ranked among the best in the world, which has made it a real icon of fun. Its impressive show has world-renowned productions and offers music for all tastes.
Day 6 :Playa del Carmen - Xcaret Plus Day Trip on SIC
Definitely one of the major tourist attractions around Cancun, Xcaret is an extensive park that has an important archaeological area that was an ancient Mayan ceremonial center, surrounded by vast vegetation and the edge of a peaceful cove of Crystalline waters. It has underground rivers, dolphinarium, butterfly garden, bird breeding, aquarium, Turtle Farm, among many other attractions (25 activities included) and night show + lunch buffet with drinks, use of locker and equipment of snorkel
Day 7 :Playa del Carmen - Riviera Maya Hotel

This wonderful and amazing architectural ensemble is located in the center of the Yucatecan jungle. The construction of its main buildings did not begin until the year 600 BC. The main building is known as the castle or pyramid of Kukulcan, is 23 m. High and was built on previous temples. An interior staircase allows access to the throne of the red Jaguar. The temple of the Warriors is an impressive set of terraces, columns, pillars and patios. The ball game, where the Mayas practiced this popular game of Mesoamerica, is 83 meters long.

34 Days to 07 Days prior to Departure - 75% of the Tour Cost
With 7 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Regarding breakfast in USA it is always for 2 pax in a room and the extra pax have to pay directly for breakfast. However sometimes there are hotels which allows breakfast for all the pax’s in a room. We can recheck on this after we make the reservation.
Child age  2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
American breakfast consists of Breads, cheese, butter, juices, cold milk, cereals and fruits. Some hotels may provide hash brown potatoes or hot potatoes.
Some events are seasonal like Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Beast ride, Yosemite Park, Lake Tahoe etc. (Will be closed for winter)
We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standers.
No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings.
No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.
We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
Any tours, transfers or event tickets not mentioned in package inclusions.
Hotel check in times are 3 pm and check out times are 11 am.
At the time of Hotels Check-In, all Hotels will collect the advance amount from the guests or may have to give their Credit card at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guest’s use.
Please note that your package includes Stay, Private transfers, Seat in Coach (SIC) transfers and Sightseeing. Any Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), Transfers, Entrances and any Tours (Except for the once pre-booked through us) are additional and passengers have to pay extra in case they intend to opt any.
Car on disposable basis will be of 10 hours only, if in case you may use more than 10 hours they will charge directly on the spot(that you Have to pay directly).
Reach the Seat in Coach Tour pick up point 45-30 minutes before your departure time.
For transfers Total luggage you can carry is 1 big bags (23 KG), 1 small bags (7 kg). if you have any extra bags, then you have to pay directly.
All hotels may ask for credit card for refundable security deposit. If you do not have credit card, then hotel might not allow you to check in. Please carry International valid credit card, its mandatory.
