TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation are pre-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame.
If circumstances make you cancel the tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. Such cancellation will attract the following cancellation.

Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels. It’s Subject To availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by Passenger.
Check-in time at Hotel is 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.
Your tours and transfers are based on tour itinerary & not at disposal basis.
Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings.
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Valley Facing / higher category rooms.
Breakfast will start from Day 2 of the itinerary.
Services will be given in exchange of Original vouchers/Itinerary only.

Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
There is No Refund for un utilized Service
All cost are per person based on twin sharing
Car cost is counted as per children & adults sharing a car
On hilly areas the CAR AC will not work.
During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
Extra bed in the room means only extra mattress.( Folding beds)
Any govt. tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
Pre ponement / Post ponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.

Philosophy of the Bhutan tour:

Bhutan is a very simple country yet very scenic. The itinerary is not filled with lot of sightseeing places because Bhutan is mainly famous for scenic beauty like mountains, valleys & the local culture to explore by the tourist.
There are hilly drives involved during the tour.
It is strictly advisable to travel light. 1 medium size bag & 1 carry bag per person is allowed as per the transport norms.
Most of the hotels do not have lift facility. Infact all the hotels in Punakha/Wangdi do not have lift so one has to climb steps & walk uphill in the resort.
Food at the hotel is basic, with local flavour & limited options.
The Tempo traveller in this destination is modified as per the roads of this place & so the seats are narrow , Leg space is very less , seats are non-push back & the middle row is also narrow. The vehicles used here will not have overhead carriers to store the luggage. Luggage will be stored inside the car only.

PERTAINING TO DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY PERMIT & FORMALITIES INVOLVED FOR INDIAN NATIONAL & INDIAN PASSPORT HOLDER (Soft copy to be send for permit & Hardcopy to be carried while travelling, Same ID to be carried while travelling).

Only person possessing a Passport / Election ID Card (the original needs to be carried on travel) will be eligible to travel to Bhutan. No other document is considered valid for travelling into Bhutan. In case the guest is travelling with an improper / tampered documents this is considered a crime and is liable to be detained from boarding (for such case the airlines charge full cancellation with zero refund) / imprisonment / cash fine or both.
In case the guest is using a passport for travelling, it must be minimum six months valid from the date of departure from Bhutan.
Indian National below 18 years who do not have a passport must produce a birth certificate in hard copy (original) for procuring the entry permit. For the case where the traveler is using the printed version of online birth certificate, it must be Notarized / Certified as being a true copy of the original.
Birth certificates issued in local language should be translated in English and must be support by Affidavit issued by a Notary.
The entry & route permit can only be processed in advance only for guest travelling with Valid passport / Election ID Card / Birth Certificate.
The documents which will be shared for permit issuance will have to be same which needs to be carried while travelling.
For SDF & Permit, we would require scan copy of the valid ID at least 12-15 working days in advance. The scan copy of the passport / Election ID Card / Birth Certificate has to be in color, clear & readable.
Travel Insurance with Covid-19 Coverage.
Covid Vaccination certificate (for minimum 2 doses).

The entry permits are given based on the duration of stay or flight tickets booked by the guest. There is a provision to extend the stay in Bhutan after arrival which has to be processed from Thimphu on a working day (other than Saturday, Sunday & Government Holidays) with proper reason & documents. This extension of permit for Tourism is for maximum 30 days from the date of entry in Bhutan
