Viceregal Lodge

This breathtaking building was built in 1888 as the residence of the British Viceroy Lord Dufferin. This observatory is situated on the hills and surrounded by well-maintained gardens and lawns, surrounded by beautiful cedar trees and rose plants. The Viceregal Lodge, also known as the "Rashtrapati Niwas", is now restyled into the Indian Institute of Advanced Study and students come here for higher studies. The building has an English Renaissance style of architecture, where the colour of the limestone is grey. Since it is situated at a good height, the views of this place are thrilling and cannot be described in words.Note: The Given Cost is Estimated.
