Payment Policy
- Initial deposit - Rs. 50,000/- to confirm you’re booking with us
- 2nd payment of Rs.50000/- at least 35 days prior
- 100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure

Cancellation Policy
- 35 Days or more prior to Departure - Rs.25000/-
- 34 Days to 07 Days prior to Departure - 75% of the Tour Cost
- With 7 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 7 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, TCS @ 20% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 10% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 10% TCS will apply.

- Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them.
- Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Above rates are calculated as on today’s ROE. Any fluctuation in rate of exchange may reflect on the tour cost.
- The above program is only indicative and the passenger has to verify each day’s program from the local guide.
- Hand written passports are strictly not allowed
- NOC is compulsory for any children travelling without their parents and below 25 yrs 700 USD per person compulsory to carry in this destination
- Shopping stops are compulsory to visit in each city in China as per country policy.
- If you are arriving or departing other than group departure flight timings, supplement cost to arrange transfers will be applicable accordingly.
