Rooms on the same floors or nearby rooms will not be committed at the time or after booking.

International Hotel Standard Check in time 1500hrs

Check out Time 1100hrs.

Tour Manager – Your tour manager will be receiving you at Hong Kong Airport or the first destination of your tour. 

Breakfast will be American. No Indian items will be available in the breakfast.

Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.

You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.

It is always advisable to keep 2 Photographs with you during the journey. Please keep one Xerox copy of your passport with your relative, in India and one Xerox copy of passport with you during your travel. 

Flamingo reserves the right to cancel or Change date of departure in case of inadequate members in the Group. 

Flamingo is not responsible for any baggage lost at the Airport.

Passenger is responsible for their own valuables, baggage and documents

Porterage charge is not included. The passengers have to carry their own luggage at ferry Terminals, Immigrations and to the Rooms.

For NRI – Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance certificate from the Commissioner of Police for which Flamingo will not be responsible.
