Payment Policy
Initial Payment - INR 30,000 per person to confirm you’re booking with us
2nd Payment of INR 30,000/- per person between 10-15 days of booking
100% payment to be made 15 days before departure.
Cancellation Policy
Once you book Rs. 30,000/- will be Non refundable.
35 Days or more prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost.
34 Days to 07 Days prior to Departure 75% of the Tour Cost.
Within 7 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost.
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961
5% TCS till INR 7 Lakhs 20% TCS thereafter (The threshold of Rs 7 lakh for LRS is qua remitter - Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, an additional TCS @ 5/20% (as the case may be) will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
In case of PAN - AADHAR not Linked TCS will be applicable on higher rate & TCS Credit will not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Outward Remittance under LRS cannot proceed if PAN - AADHAR not Linked. On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with Higher Rate of TCS will apply.
Tour Leader form Flamingo shall be available if the passenger numbers are a minimum of 20 Adults in addition to Local Guide.
Full Payment Will Be Accepted In Indian Rupees.
ROE will be consider on that day at the time of payment.
Given cost is an estimate, based on lowest hotel rates exist as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels/Airline. It is subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by the passenger
Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Airline like Fly Dubai, Air Arabia, Spice Jet airline are LCC (Low cost carriers), so no food and water will be served on board.
Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any up gradation in room categories.
Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed at your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
Meal coupons provided without transfers. (Restaurants are walking distance from your hotel, please note closing time of restaurants)
We will not be held responsible for any delay in Airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
Tap water is not safe in Hongkong. No hotels will provide you drinking water; you have to buy water on your own.
This rate is applicable for minimum 20 adults travelling together.
For trade fares and any other surcharge date additional rate would be applicable.
