Himachal Pradesh is spread over a zone 55,673 km² and is encircled by Jammu and Kashmir on the north, Punjab on the southwest, Haryana on the south, Uttarakhand on the southeast and Tibet on the east.Height ranges from 450 meters to over 7,026(Shilla Peak) meters above ocean level. The locale stretches out from the Shivalik scope of mountains (scarcely rocky area). Himachal has 49 urban cities and towns. The littlest town is Naina Devi and the biggest is Shimla.
