Visa Documents Required
- Original Passport with all Old Passports
- Covering letter request for purpose of visit -Original letter with travel plan. If the applicant is submitting the applications of his/her family, then all applications must include a copy of the covering letter
- 2 Photos (35X45mm Size, White Background, 80% Face Image, 20% Shoulder Part, Glossy Finish) Not Used In Previous Visa, No older then 3 Months, Without Specs
- 3 months Bank Statement with bank person - bank sign and stamp on each page with sufficient balance in A4 Size only
- 2 Years Income Tax Return

- Return Ticket conformation( If applicable proof of intra-Schengen flight, train itinerary or car rental)
- Payment Receipt
- Day wise Tour Itinerary if taking tour
- Travel Insurance
- Tour Itinerary with confirmation letter ( If you are taking a Schedule Tour with payment receipt)
Important Notes
- In case of travel to more than one Schengen country, please submit your application to the Embassy / Consulate where you will be staying for the maximum number of days. In case of equal stay, one has to apply at the Schengen country which is the first port of entry.
Travel Insurance Notes :
Please refer to the list of approved Indian travel insurances: https://www.eda.admin.ch/dam/countries/countries-content/india/en/visa/SchengetList-Travel_Insurance_CompaniesEN.pdf o Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro / 50,000 USD / 50,000 CHF per person.
- Coverage of all expenses that might arise in connection with repatriation for medical reasons, urgent medical attention, and emergency hospital treatment.
- The insurance has to cover the entire stay in Schengen territory. Applicants who wish to apply for a six-month or a one-year multiple visa are not obliged to provide 180 (365) days of coverage. It is sufficient to submit an insurance policy covering the first journey
