- Covering letter request for purpose of visit -Original letter with travel plan. If the applicant is submitting the applications of his/her family, then all applications must include a copy of the covering letter
- 2 Photos (35X45mm Size, White Background, 80% Face Image, 20% Shoulder Part, Glossy Finish) Not Used In Previous Visa, No older then 3 Months, Without Specs
- 2 Years Income Tax Return
- 6 months Bank Statement with bank person - bank sign and stamp on each page with sufficient balance in A4 Size only

Important Notes
- In case of travel to more than one Schengen country, please submit your application to the Embassy / Consulate where you will be staying for the maximum number of days. In case of equal stay, one has to apply at the Schengen country which is the first port of entry.

- The insurance has to cover the entire stay in Schengen territory. Applicants who wish to apply for a six-month or a one-year multiple visa are not obliged to provide 180 (365) days of coverage. It is sufficient to submit an insurance policy covering the first journey
