Visa Documents Required

• Marriage Certificate
• Hotel Confirmation for the Thailand agent is compulsory
• Conform Ticket
• Company letterhead for business person / NOC from Job for Employer
• Id card / NOC from school of children traveling along with parents
• 6 months bank statements also with sign & stamp on each page in Original
• Original Passport with at least 6 months validity (from the date of submission of Visa application) and 1 blank page. A copy of the first and last page of the passport is also required
• NO objection Certificate must be on 100Rs stamp paper with photos of parents and applicant & notarized, if minor is travelling alone or with parents.
• Parents’ original passports need to be attached with minor applications if minor is travelling alone or with parents.
• (If Spouse not shown in passport) Marriage Certificate of the Couple issued by the marriage registrar / Affidavit required attested by Notary Public/Weddıng Card.
• If the child is minor both the parents have to sign on the form
• Government Issued any document copy need to be submitted with true copy and must be notorised stamp. ( Birth Certificate copy, Death Certificate copy, Marriage Certificate copy, Government retire letter or any government document.
• Covering letter from applicant on business letter head (Letterhead must be in English)
• Visa Application Form: One visa application form duly SIGNED
• 2 Photos ( 35*45 mm inch Size, White Background, Matt Finish, 80% Face Image ) Not Used In Previous Visa , No older then 3 Months , Without Specs
