There are usually 2 types of Chinese business Visas for Indians. China “M” business visas are issued for client meetings, exhibitions with business partners, and for trade fairs. These visas are typically valid for 3 months. The category “F” business visas are for academics which usually include research, attending conferences, and university collaborations. Visa Documents Required
- Original Passport with all Old Passports
- Covering letter request for purpose of visit -Original letter with travel plan. If the applicant is submitting the applications of his/her family, then all applications must include a copy of the covering letter
- 2 Photos (35X45mm Size, White Background, 80% Face Image, 20% Shoulder Part, Glossy Finish) Not Used In Previous Visa, No older then 3 Months, Without Specs
Travel Documents
- Invitation letter required from Chinese company with stamp-sign and designation of invitee person
Important Notes
- In tourist visa Hotel, Bank, and ticket are compulsory
- In the business visa invitation letter stamp sign with the designation of invitee person
- In the business visa ID of the invitee person (local ID), the Invite company business license (the Invitee person passport is not valid)
