- Invitee person home address, name and phone number if you are staying at there place
- 2 recent photograph Each ( 35*45 mm size, white background, Glossy finish & 80% face image, without specs & not used in previous visa) JPG format (Image require)
- Passengers can provide all the documents by email (proper scan copy in PDF) Recent passport copy
- If stay invitee place than Hotel booking required
Travel Documents
- Confirm Hotel bookings
- Return Ticket confirmation
Important Notes
- Number of days: 30 days
- Number of entries: Single and Multiple entry
- Vietnam visa processing takes 5- 6 working days. Please be aware that the processing time will depend on your application and the Embassy.
- FTPL staff will take 1 to 2 days to prepare visa application to submit at High Commission.
- Visa issuance is sole responsibility of Embassy; Flamingo is not responsible for any rejection/refusal or delay in visa.
- Visa fees are subject to change.
